The health and safety of our clients and our team is our top priority. To minimize the risk of transmission, we are observing the following safety practices during tax season: Appointments are by telephone or video conference. We will be happy to schedule an appointment at your convenience. We can only allow one client in our waiting room at a time to comply with social distancing. If you come to the office to drop off or pick up documents, please call us from your car when you are in the parking lot. DO NOT come into the waiting room until we notify you to do so. We will do our best to keep your wait as short as possible. All visitors must wear a mask inside the building. If you don't have a mask with you, please ask the front desk staff for a disposable mask when you come in. We also encourage you to use our new hands-free hand sanitizer station as soon as you come in. For delivering and receiving documents, we encourage you to use fax, email, or our secure client portal. If you do not already have a portal account, ask us to help you create one. We can deliver most documents to you electronically, as well. If you prefer, you can still send your documents by US Mail, or drop them off in person at our office, following the waiting room policies above. You can also use the after hours locked drop box to the left of the front door. We can deliver most documents to you electronically via the portal, or via email as encrypted PDF documents. We apologize for any inconvenience from these policies; however, we are committed to serving our clients with care, and we are confident we are taking precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of our staff and clients. Please call us at (401) 738-2900 if you have any questions. Updated 01/22/2021 |
