Neil Fradin, CPA
As owner of the accounting practice founded by his father, Neil leads a professional team with many years of combined experience in tax, financial and business services. He has the team, the resources and the expertise to help you obtain the good financial information you need, and to work with you to provide advice and solutions that fit your situation and needs.
Neil loves to work face to face with his clients, putting his knowledge and experience to work helping you solve business and personal financial challenges. Whether you're a new client or a friend he has known for many years, his priority is always to listen to you, to understand your goals, and help you achieve them.

As our tax specialist, Tom offers over 30 years of experience in all aspects of individual and business taxes, including tax reporting, multi-state taxation, and tax reporting in a wide range of industries. He studies constantly to stay current with the latest tax law changes and has attended national accounting and taxation conferences in New York and Washington DC> he has been known to read tax court rulings for fun.
He is also well-versed in all other aspects of client services, including consulting in retirement, estate planning and investment. He can help and advise you on tax planning, problems with the IRS or state agencies, and making the most of any tax benefits that may be available.
As Firm Administrator and Paraprofessional, Cynthia provides her expertise in bookkeeping and payroll services to our clients, as well as training in QuickBooks and Peachtree. She joined the firm in 1990. She can help you with questions about payroll, and using bookkeeping software, as well as any questions you may have about billing and your invoices.
Tessa Aubin, EA
Tessa is an IRS Enrolled Agent, tax preparer, bookkeeper, and Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor with over 17 years of experience. She works with our business clients in all areas of business bookkeeping, as well as payroll, sales tax, and state filing and reporting. She also provides assistance and training in QuickBooks Online.
Tricia is a bookkeeper and tax preparer who joined the firm in 2015. She has extensive prior experience in small business and non-profit financial management from working in a family business and in many local and civic non-profits.
Karen maintains our client databases and manages document processing and transmittal, our website and blog and all our client communications. She joined the firm in 1996. If you need to leave a message, make an appointment, change your contact information, access our client portal, or request copies of documents, she can help you.
